Chantal Coady OBE is the Chocolate Detective. A sustainable chocolate expert, founder of Rococo Chocolates and lifelong chocolate activist.

Connect : Working with cocoa farmers in Grenada to highlight sustainable chocolate made at grass roots level. This “Tree to Bar” chocolate, making chocolate where the cocoa is grown, keeps the value of the raw material in the local economy.

Create : Chantal’s art school background and passion for fine food is reflected in all her products – both in the flavours embodied in the chocolate, and in the look and feel of the packaging.

Curate : After many years of making and selling chocolate, Chantal has built fruitful partnerships with like-minded enterprises here and abroad. tCD aims to sell the best quality chocolate grown and produced from chocolate makers and farmers from around the world.
