14 years ago we started a small studio in the Himalayas, hand making block printed handbags with the goal of creating fair work for those who face barriers in our community.
It’s truly been transformative – in more ways than one. We’ve seen firsthand the impact that holistic, living wage work has on a community. We also saw something that surprised us; we noticed that something beautiful happens when people gather together around the act of hand making.
We found joy in slowing down, connecting, and block printing together and we knew we had found something that we had to share with the world.
