Shaven Raven Designs is the moniker of East London-based illustrator and graphic designer, Ufuoma Urie. After a career freelancing, the UAL alum started a sustainably made gift wrap, gift tag and greeting card brand in 2020 to fill some niches that exist in the market. Ranges feature nods to the creative's own heritage (using colour, bold type and West African Ankara motifs), quirky characters, the natural world, a love of the macabre (gothic decor, femme fatales, monsters, magic, Halloween) and a celebration of queer identities through signs and symbols. At Shaven Raven Raven Designs patterns reign supreme!
