Since 2014, The Basket Room has grown from a spare bedroom to a warehouse, from supporting one artisan collective to 18 and partnering with over 10,000 weavers in Africa.  As we celebrate our tenth birthday, I’ve been reflecting on challenges faced and overcome in recent years and realised it is time for new beginnings!

I am excited to re-launch The Basket Room with a renewed personal connection and vision. When Camilla left after 8 wonderful years of working together I knew it was time to reimagine and rediscover the passion that ignited in 2014.  
 

Connection Through Craft is our ethos, and we are passionate about sharing the stories of the artisans, the traditional techniques, and the journey of our baskets from their hands to your homes and shops. 
 

We are so happy to be able to share our SS25 Lookbook with you, where you will find incredible skills and crafts from our partner weavers.
