A World of Craft by Afroart Sweden was founded in 1967 as a charitable foundation and has since introduced crafts and folk art from countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Our designers collaborate closely with local artisans to market and develop traditional crafts. The idea is to support new work opportunities in regions where craft is a main source of income.  Afroart imports directly from the manufacturers and also through organisations connected to the WFTO – World Fair Trade Organisation
