Designed specifically to be used with a metal “frog” or “Kenzan”. the pebble-like form is a perfect counterpoint to the delicate, minimalist and graceful arrangements that the heavy frog allows. The hand-thrown bowls in two sizes are glazed inside and on the outer defined collar, the rest of the exterior is unglazed revealing the natural texture of the porcelain and the delicate agate details of the coloured clay inclusions.
Available in chun blue glaze and no coloured clay inclusions - or transparent glaze with only blue inclusions, or with rust and green inclusions. The larger model will contain a Kenzan of 6cm and the small size, ones of 4cm or less.
