Top Drawer will take place from Sunday the 8th to Tuesday the 10th September 2024 at Olympia London.
Can anyone visit Top Drawer?
Top Drawer is for trade only, which means that you need to be able to prove you are a part of the retail trade. Exhibitors have a 'minimum order' policy and will not sell to members of the public. If you are in the process of setting up your own retail business, or are a student within the retail industry then you are more than welcome to attend.
Do I need to provide proof of trade?
Yes. Spot checks for proof of trade will be in operation. You should have proof of trade on you which can include a business card or a company cheque book. If you are found buying for personal use, you will be asked to leave the exhibition.
How do I register?
Register your interest to attend online. If you qualify for a VIP badge, you will be contacted and upgraded before the show.
How/when do I get my badge?
When you complete your online registration, you will be sent a confirmation email which will include the link to download your badge. Once downloaded you will be able to print and bring your badge with you in order to gain entry to the show.
Can I register more than one person?
You will need to complete one registration form per person, using a unique email address each time.
How much does it cost?
Entry to Top Drawer is free if you register in advance online. If you don’t register in advance, you will be charged £20 entrance fee on the door.

Can I attend on more than one day?
Of course, you simply need to keep hold of your badge and you can come and go as you please over the course of the four days.
Are children allowed in the show?
If you choose to bring your young child with you to the show, you must be responsible for the child, and be aware that we have no creche facilities. We do not promote Top Drawer as an environment for children. No children are allowed on-site outside of show opening times.
Can I obtain a visa to travel to the show?
The organisers of Top Drawer regret that they are not able to send out letters of invitation for visitors from overseas in order to help secure visa's.
If your business is relevant to Top Drawer, you will have to provide evidence to the British Embassy in your country by submitting proof of your employment and the nature of your employers business. Please DO NOT contact the organisers with regards to this, as all requests for letters of invitation will be denied.
Can I visit the show as a potential exhibitor rather than a buyer?
Yes complete the registration form by selecting the type of business you are and it will ask you the right questions. Also if you would like to meet with the sales team, complete this form.

Do I have to fill out the reg form if I have previously attended?
Yes, you will need to re-register, keep an eye out for quick reg emails, that should save time!
